Privacy Policy

Stay Tuned is an AI vocal coaching app that lets you upload or record practice takes, isolate vocals, analyze singing patterns, and review feedback. We use the information we collect to provide the product, keep recordings attached to the right account, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

Stay Tuned is currently a development-stage service. Features, data handling, and providers may change as the product evolves, and this policy will be updated when that happens.

• Account information, such as email address, authentication provider identifiers, and basic profile information provided during sign-in.
• Uploaded content, including audio files, video files, extracted audio, isolated vocal tracks, thumbnails, filenames, notes, and related metadata.
• Analysis data, such as pitch estimates, score, timestamped coach notes, processing status, errors, and other feedback generated by the service.
• Technical data, such as device, browser, IP address, logs, request metadata, error reports, and diagnostic events used to keep the service working.
• Advertising measurement data, such as registration, trial, subscription, and purchase events, plus privacy-protected hashes of your email address, phone number, and internal account identifier. We normalize and hash your phone number immediately and do not retain the raw number. When you permit device tracking, this may also include a hashed advertising identifier.
• Communications you send us, such as support requests, feedback, or other messages.

• Provide, operate, debug, and improve Stay Tuned.
• Upload, store, separate, transcode, and analyze your practice takes.
• Generate scores, comments, graph annotations, and other coach feedback.
• Authenticate accounts and keep recordings associated with the right user.
• Create and display share pages when you choose to make a recording public.
• Protect the service from abuse, security incidents, and technical failures.
• Measure advertising performance and improve ad delivery.
• Respond to support, product feedback, and legal requests.

Your recordings may be processed by automated systems to extract audio, isolate vocals, estimate musical features, and generate feedback. AI and audio analysis can be imperfect. Stay Tuned is designed for practice guidance and does not claim professional, medical, or clinical evaluation.

Raw media, transcripts, pitch data, annotations, and summaries may be processed by infrastructure providers that help run the app. Vocal separation, pitch analysis, and word alignment run on hosting infrastructure we operate.

With your permission, we send isolated vocal audio to OpenAI, L.L.C. to transcribe the words you sing. OpenAI may also receive text, transcripts, pitch analysis, voice-profile context, and coach messages for coaching, song identification, and exercise generation. We send isolated vocal audio to Google LLC when an optional listening feature needs to hear it. We do not send your original video, email address, password, or billing details to either provider.

In the Stay Tuned mobile app, we ask for your permission before your first upload, and you can change your choice at any time from the Account tab. If you decline, we do not send uploaded take data to Google or OpenAI for transcription, coaching, song identification, or exercise generation; uploads, deterministic scoring, and pitch analysis still work, but lyrics and AI-written feedback are unavailable. Interactive AI features may send the content you deliberately submit when you choose to use them.

We may share information with service providers that help us run the app, such as hosting, database, storage, authentication, media processing, email, analytics, monitoring, and security providers, with Google and OpenAI for AI coaching as described above, and with TikTok and Meta for advertising measurement. These advertising providers receive conversion event details and privacy-protected account identifiers, including SHA-256-hashed email and phone number, and internal account identifiers. TikTok also receives a SHA-256-hashed Apple advertising identifier after you authorize device tracking. We do not send these providers your recordings, password, or payment-card details. These providers process information under their applicable data-protection terms. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or asset transfer.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not make your private recordings public unless you choose to publish or share them through the product.

We keep account, recording, storage, and analysis data for as long as needed to provide the service, debug the product, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. During development, test data may be deleted or reset at any time.

You can delete individual recordings from the product, and you can permanently delete your entire account from the mobile app (Account tab, "Delete account"), which removes your account, recordings, media, and analysis data. You may also request deletion of account or recording data by contacting us at privacy@staytunedai.com.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet service, storage system, or processing pipeline can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

On supported Apple devices, you can allow or deny device-level advertising tracking through the system permission prompt and change that choice later in device Settings. Denying this permission prevents Stay Tuned from accessing or sharing your Apple advertising identifier. Server-confirmed conversion events and privacy-protected account identifiers may still be shared for advertising measurement as described above.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information. You may also have rights related to sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or automated decision-making where applicable.

We may process and store information in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have data protection laws that differ from the laws where you live.

Stay Tuned is not intended for children under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate.
