Need help with Stay Tuned? Use this page for account, upload, processing, feedback, and data requests.

Contact support

Email support@staytunedai.com with a short description of the issue. If your request is about a specific recording, include the recording link or recording ID when you have it.

What to include

  • The email address you use to sign in.
  • The browser and device where the issue happened.
  • The upload type, such as audio file, video file, phone recording, or URL import.
  • Any visible error message or the step where processing stopped.
  • Whether the problem repeats with a new upload.

Upload and processing help

Stay Tuned accepts common audio and video formats, then extracts audio, isolates vocals, analyzes pitch and timing, and creates coach notes. Large files, unusual codecs, poor network conditions, or a failed media extraction step can cause processing to fail.

If an upload gets stuck, try a shorter clip or a common format such as MP3, WAV, M4A, MP4, MOV, or WebM. If it still fails, contact support with the filename and approximate upload time.

Feedback questions

Scores and coach notes are directional practice feedback. The app can identify pitch-center issues, scoops, vibrato moments, and similar patterns, but it cannot prove exact melody correctness without a reference melody. Inferred key or out-of-key observations should be treated as advisory.

Account and data requests

For sign-in problems, recording deletion, privacy requests, or account removal, email support. Privacy-specific requests can also be sent to privacy@staytunedai.com.

Current status

Stay Tuned is in active development. The service may change, reset test data, or temporarily stop processing while the audio pipeline is being updated.
