Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Stay Tuned, an AI vocal coaching app for uploading, processing, analyzing, and reviewing singing practice takes. By using Stay Tuned, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms are development placeholder copy. They are not legal advice and may not be sufficient for a production launch.

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of audio, video, recordings, filenames, notes, and other content you upload or create in Stay Tuned. You grant Stay Tuned a limited license to host, store, copy, transcode, separate, analyze, display, and otherwise process that content to provide and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process the content you provide. Do not upload content that infringes someone else's rights, violates law, or contains unlawful, harmful, or abusive material.

Stay Tuned provides automated, prototype coaching feedback based on audio analysis. The score, comments, pitch graph, annotations, inferred key signals, and other outputs are informational practice aids only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular song, singer, recording, device, mix, or vocal style.

Stay Tuned does not provide medical advice, vocal health diagnosis, professional certification, guaranteed performance improvement, or definitive melody-correctness judgments without an appropriate reference melody.

• Do not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload the service.
• Do not attempt to access another user's account, recordings, or data.
• Do not upload malware or content intended to harm the service.
• Do not use Stay Tuned to violate law or third-party rights.
• Do not use automated scraping or bulk extraction without permission.

Stay Tuned may rely on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, storage, databases, media processing, AI infrastructure, analytics, monitoring, and email. Your use of the service may be affected by those providers' availability and terms.

Stay Tuned is currently in development. Features, data, schemas, analysis outputs, accounts, storage, and availability may change or be reset without notice. Do not rely on the development service as a permanent archive for recordings or analysis history.

The development version may be free or access-limited. If paid plans, subscriptions, trials, refunds, or billing terms are added, these terms should be updated before launch.

Stay Tuned and its software, design, branding, and service-generated interfaces are owned by Stay Tuned or its licensors. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these terms, no rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

Stay Tuned is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stay Tuned will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to Stay Tuned if you violate these terms, create risk for the service, or use the service in a way that may harm us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using Stay Tuned at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the effective date and provide notice where appropriate. Continued use of Stay Tuned after changes means you accept the updated terms.
